Voucher questions
Anything else? Ask us on WhatsApp.
How long is the voucher valid?
The valid-until date is written on each voucher. Ask us when you buy if you need a longer date.
What if the weather isn’t right on their day?
We check the wind before every flight. If it isn’t safe, we move the flight to another slot, so the voucher is never wasted on a bad-weather day.
Who can use it?
Most people can fly tandem. When they book, they tell us their age and weight and we confirm.
Can I buy several vouchers?
Yes. Tell us how many and for which sites, and we’ll send one voucher per person.
