The flight

Llogara Pass sits on the SH8 coast road in Llogara National Park, where the Ceraunian Mountains drop straight into the Ionian Sea. It’s one of the most spectacular paragliding sites in Albania: you launch from the mountainside high above the Riviera and fly out over pine forest, cliffs and turquoise water.

From the takeoff you can see along the coast towards Dhërmi and out across the sea. The flight ends on the coast at Palasë, so you go from a cool mountain pass to the beach in a single flight.

Every flight is a tandem with your own pilot. You take a few running steps, the wing lifts you off, and you sit back in the harness for the rest of the flight.
