No. Almost every visitor flies tandem, strapped in with an experienced, certified pilot who handles the takeoff, the flight and the landing. You take a few running steps, the wing lifts you off the ground, and you sit back in the harness and enjoy the view.

Llogara Pass: from the mountains to the beach
Llogara Pass sits at 1,027 m on the SH8 coast road, inside Llogara National Park, where the Ceraunian Mountains drop straight into the sea. You launch high above the Albanian Riviera and glide all the way down to the beach at Palasë. How much does paragliding in Albania cost?
Our tandem flights cost from €100 to €150 per person, depending on the site. Every flight includes your certified pilot, all equipment, a safety briefing, transport between the meeting point and the takeoff, and a video of your flight.

When is the best time to go?
Paragliding depends entirely on the wind, so every flight is confirmed shortly before you set off. The main flying season runs from spring to autumn, and summer is the busiest time on the coast, so it is worth messaging early if you have fixed travel dates. If the conditions are not safe on your day, we tell you before you travel and move your flight to another slot.
What to expect on the day
- Message us with your date, the site you would like and how many people are flying.
- We check the wind and send you a clear go or no-go with your exact meeting time and place.
- Meet your pilot, get a short briefing and get fitted with your harness and helmet.
- Fly. Run a few steps and you are in the air. Your pilot does the rest.
What to wear
Comfortable clothes, closed shoes and sunglasses. Bring a light jacket for the mountain takeoffs, as it is cooler at altitude than on the beach.
